Product status: Beta / pre-release. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.
1. Our policy
ORVEXIA respects intellectual property and responds to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

3. What a notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material and where it is (URL or location in the Product)
- Your contact information
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
4. Counter-notice
If your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the U.S., any district where ORVEXIA may be found), and agreement to accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. We will forward the counter-notice to the complainant and restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that it has filed a court action.
5. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
6. Trademarks and other rights
Trademark, privacy or publicity complaints can be sent to legal@orvexiatech.com. Knowingly false claims may lead to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
