1. How we use AI in this content

Characters, voices, images or scripts may be created or assisted with AI tools and are always reviewed by a person before publication. Characters are fictional; we do not imitate the face or voice of real people, celebrities or protected characters.

2. Labels

We label synthetic or altered content using the disclosure tools of each platform (for example YouTube's altered or synthetic content setting and TikTok's AI-generated label) whenever they require it.

3. Accuracy

Educational statements are checked against reliable sources; if you find an error, write to us and we will correct it.

4. Texas Responsible Artificial Intelligence Governance Act

ORVEXIA does not develop or use artificial intelligence to manipulate people into harming themselves or others or into criminal activity, to unlawfully discriminate, to infringe constitutional rights, or to produce or distribute sexual content involving minors or AI-generated content that imitates a child in sexual conduct, all of which are prohibited by the Texas Responsible Artificial Intelligence Governance Act (Texas Business and Commerce Code, Chapters 551 and 552, in force since January 1, 2026). We keep internal records of the purpose, inputs, outputs and known limits of each AI feature, following the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. AI-generated characters, voices and images in our content are fictional and are identified as AI-generated where they could otherwise be mistaken for real people.
