ORVEXIA Frontload Pro — Photo, Image & Likeness Policy
Operator: ORVEXIA Technologies LLC, Sugar Land, Texas · Product: ORVEXIA Frontload Pro (https://orvexiatech.com/fronload) · Product status: Beta / pre-release
Product status: Beta / pre-release. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.
1. Photos you upload
When ORVEXIA Frontload Pro lets you upload or take photos (for example proof of delivery or service, profile pictures, listings or posts):
- upload only photos you took or have the right to use;
- do not upload photos in which other people can be identified unless they agreed, and never photos of children without a parent's or guardian's permission;
- take proof-of-delivery or proof-of-service photos of the item or the work, not of people, the inside of homes, documents, license plates or screens;
- do not upload intimate, violent or illegal images, or images created with AI to imitate a real person.
2. What we do with them
We use your photos only to provide the feature for which you uploaded them, to resolve disputes and to keep the service safe. Where the Product shows a photo to other users we tell you before you upload it. Location and camera data embedded in a photo (EXIF) are removed before the photo is shown to others [CONFIRM per product]. Photos are deleted with your account or earlier as stated in the Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
3. Our own images
The images and videos ORVEXIA publishes are original, licensed or created with artificial intelligence. AI-generated images of people or places are labeled when they could be mistaken for real photographs. People shown in our real photographs gave their permission.
4. Ask us to remove an image of you
If an image of you appears on ORVEXIA Frontload Pro without your permission, write to legal@orvexiatech.com with the link or a screenshot. Intimate images follow the faster process of our Intimate Image Removal Policy where it applies.
