ORVEXIA GO — Independent Courier Agreement

Product status: In development — not yet generally available. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.

1. Independent contractor relationship

This Agreement is between you, an independent business, and ORVEXIA Technologies LLC, which operates a technology platform that connects you with delivery requests. You are not an employee, partner or agent of ORVEXIA. You decide when, where and whether to work, which offers to accept, and the route you take, and you may work for other platforms or businesses at the same time.

2. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years old with a valid photo ID
  • Pass the background and driving-record checks required by law (including Texas Occupations Code requirements for delivery network companies), with your written authorization under the Fair Credit Reporting Act
  • Hold a valid driver's license, vehicle registration and the insurance required by your state, if you deliver by vehicle

3. Earnings

Each offer shows the estimated payment before you accept. You receive your share of the delivery fee as disclosed in the app and 100% of tips. Any subscription or fee charged to couriers is disclosed before you agree to it. ORVEXIA does not guarantee any volume of offers or earnings.

4. Taxes and expenses

You are responsible for your own taxes, vehicle, phone, fuel and expenses. ORVEXIA issues tax forms (such as Form 1099) where required.

5. Conduct and safety

Follow traffic laws, the Nondiscrimination & Intoxicating Substance Policy and food-safety handling rules. Never use the phone in a way that distracts you while driving. Never deliver under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Check ID for age-restricted items.

6. Deactivation

We may deactivate your account for safety reasons, fraud, or material breach. We will tell you the reason and give you a way to request review by a person.

7. Disputes

The dispute-resolution section of the Terms of Service applies, including individual arbitration and the 30-day opt-out. If the Federal Arbitration Act does not apply, the Texas Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement.

8. Relationship to the Terms

These terms supplement the Terms of Service; if they conflict, these terms govern.
