Product status: In development — not yet generally available. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.

1. The service

ORVEXIA lists your business and products, takes orders from customers and connects them with independent couriers. You remain the seller of your products and are responsible for their quality, safety, labeling, allergens and legality.

2. Commission and fees

Your commission rate depends on your plan and is shown before you sign up. Changes require 30 days' notice. ORVEXIA does not promise any level of sales, free delivery or advertising credits unless stated in writing.

3. Your obligations

Keep prices, menus, hours and availability accurate
Hold all permits and licenses required (food, health, alcohol)
Collect and remit sales taxes where you are responsible for them
Fund the promotions you choose to offer

4. Customer data

Use customer information you receive only to fulfill the order. Do not use it for marketing unless the customer opted in.

5. Term

Either party may end these Merchant Terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately for material breach. These terms supplement the Terms of Service; if they conflict, these terms govern.
