Product status: In development — not yet generally available. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.

1. Nondiscrimination

ORVEXIA does not tolerate discrimination against customers, merchants or couriers based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by law. Couriers may not refuse a delivery because of a customer's protected characteristic or destination neighborhood, and must accommodate service animals.

2. Zero tolerance for intoxicating substances

Couriers may not use or be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any intoxicating substance while logged in or delivering. Customers who believe a courier is impaired should end the interaction and report it immediately in the app or to support; we will suspend the courier pending investigation.

3. Complaints and records

Report violations in the app or to support@orvexiatech.com. We investigate every complaint and keep complaint records for at least two years, or longer if the law of the area requires it.
