Product status: In development — not yet generally available. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.

1. Independent businesses

Service companies use the Product to receive requests, manage jobs, staff and reviews. Each company is an independent business, not an agent or employee of ORVEXIA, and is solely responsible for its work, staff, warranties, licenses, permits and insurance.

2. Licenses and labels

You must hold the licenses required for the work you offer (for example from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation or the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners) and keep them current in your profile. Information you provide is labeled "Provided by the company" until ORVEXIA verifies it.

3. Pricing, estimates and reviews

Give customers clear written estimates and disclose fees before work starts. Do not offer incentives for reviews or pressure customers to remove them.

4. AI reports

AI-generated drafts must be reviewed and approved by your staff before being sent.

5. Fees and term

Subscription fees or commissions are shown before you sign up; either party may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately for material breach.
