Product status: In development — not yet generally available. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.
1. Principle
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires. Then we delete it or de-identify it so it can no longer be linked to you.
2. Retention periods

| Content you create or store | Until you delete it or close the account |
| Billing and tax records | 7 years, as required by tax and accounting law |
| Support messages | 2 years after the last message |
| Security and access logs | Up to 12 months |
| Backups | Overwritten on our providers' backup schedule (currently up to 7 days); deleted data is not restored from backups except for disaster recovery |
| Data after a subscription ends | Kept for 30 days, then deleted unless you renew |
3. Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the Product's settings or at https://orvexiatech.com/privacy-request. We confirm the request, delete or de-identify your data within 30 days, and tell you what we must keep and why (for example tax records or an open dispute). Legal holds suspend deletion only for the affected data.
4. Business accounts
For accounts provided by an organization, the organization sets retention for its users' data within these limits, and can export or delete it. When the contract ends, we return or delete the data within 30 days unless instructed otherwise.
