Product status: In development — not yet generally available. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.

1. Purpose

These rules keep ORVEXIA Ingo IA safe and useful for everyone. They apply to all users and all content, and they are part of the Terms of Service.

2. You may not

  • Break the law, or help others do so
  • Harass, threaten, bully, dox or incite violence against anyone, or promote hatred based on protected characteristics
  • Share sexual content involving minors (we report it to NCMEC and law enforcement), or non-consensual intimate images
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights
  • Impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Send spam, run scams or phishing, or manipulate reviews, votes or rankings
  • Upload malware, probe or attack systems, bypass security or rate limits, or scrape without permission
  • Access or collect other users' data without authorization
  • Use the Product in a way that endangers safety, including while driving
  • Resell or share accounts in breach of your plan

3. AI-specific rules

  • Do not use AI features to generate illegal content, malware, deceptive deepfakes of real people, or content that sexualizes minors
  • Do not present AI output as human-written where that would deceive, and label synthetic media where the law or a platform requires
  • Do not use AI output alone to make decisions about people's employment, housing, credit, insurance, education or health
  • Do not try to extract system prompts, other users' data or model weights, or to bypass safety filters

4. Reporting

Report content or behavior in the Product (where available) or by email to support@orvexiatech.com. Report security issues to security@orvexiatech.com and copyright issues under the Copyright & DMCA Policy. In an emergency, contact local authorities first.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity. We consider severity, intent and history. You may appeal a decision by replying to our notice within 30 days; a person, not an automated system, will review the appeal.
