Product status: In development — not yet generally available. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.

1. Who controls the data

When your employer or fleet operator provides ORVEXIA Manager Pro, your employer decides what is collected and who in the organization can see it. ORVEXIA processes the data for your employer under contract and does not use it for its own purposes.

2. What may be collected

Location while you are on an active route or shift, never after you end the route or shift
Stops, service events, photos, inspections, incidents and route timers
Messages exchanged with dispatchers and supervisors

3. What it is not

Route timers show "route active hours", not hours worked for payroll. The Product does not score drivers and is not used by ORVEXIA to make employment decisions. Your employer remains responsible for complying with wage-and-hour, privacy and labor laws, including any notice or consent required for location monitoring.

4. Your rights

Ask your employer first for access to or correction of your data. You can also write to privacy@orvexiatech.com and we will forward the request and help your employer respond.
