Product status: In development — not yet generally available. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.
1. What this policy covers
ORVEXIA Meet does not allow intimate images or videos of any identifiable person published without that person's consent, including realistic images created or altered with artificial intelligence. This policy explains how to ask us to remove them, as provided by the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act (in force for platforms since May 19, 2026).
2. Who can ask
The person depicted, or someone authorized to act on their behalf (for example a parent, guardian or lawyer). You do not need an account.
3. How to ask
Use Report › Intimate image shared without consent next to the content in the Product, or email legal@orvexiatech.com with the subject "TAKE IT DOWN request". Include:
- your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough);
- where the content is (link, username, message or screenshot) so that we can find it;
- a short statement that you believe in good faith that it was published without the consent of the person depicted, with any information that helps us confirm it;
- how we can contact you.
4. What we do
- We confirm receipt and remove the content within 48 hours of receiving a valid request.
- We make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies on ORVEXIA Meet, and we keep a digital fingerprint (hash) of the removed content to block re-uploads.
- We may suspend or close the account of whoever published it.
- If the content appears to involve a minor, we remove it immediately and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as federal law requires.
- We keep a record of each request and of what we did, and we never publish the reporter's details.
5. Good faith
We remove content in good faith based on the facts available. Knowingly false reports may be a violation of our Terms. If your content was removed by mistake, write to legal@orvexiatech.com.
