Product status: Beta / pre-release. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.
1. Messages we send without asking
We send service messages that you need to use ORVEXIA Residential Pro: account confirmations, security alerts, receipts, order or service updates and notices about changes to our terms. They contain no advertising and you cannot unsubscribe from them while you have an account.
2. Marketing only with your permission
- Email. We send newsletters or offers only if you tick the separate, optional marketing box. Every marketing email identifies ORVEXIA, includes our postal address and has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor it within 10 business days, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires.
- Text messages (SMS/MMS). We send marketing texts only with your prior express written consent, given separately and never as a condition of buying anything. Each program states how often we text; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. We text only within the hours allowed by Texas law, and we comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Texas telemarketing laws (Texas Business and Commerce Code, Chapters 301 to 306).
- Push notifications. Only if you allow them in your device settings; you can turn them off there at any time.
3. Your record
We keep a record of when and how you gave or withdrew each permission. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect service messages.
