Operator: ORVEXIA Technologies LLC, Sugar Land, Texas · Product: ORVEXIA Route Manager Pro (https://orvexiatech.com/route) · Product status: Beta / pre-release

Product status: Beta / pre-release. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.

1. Safety first

Never let the Product distract you while driving. Set up routes, voice features and settings before you move, or when safely parked. Obey all traffic laws, posted signs, your employer's policies and FMCSA rules, including the prohibitions on texting and hand-held mobile phone use by commercial drivers (49 CFR 392.80 and 392.82).

2. Navigation and data accuracy

Maps, routes, truck restrictions, addresses, dump-site locations and timings may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Use your judgment and real-world conditions; road signs and authorities always prevail over the Product.

3. Hands-free and voice features

Voice and audio-first features are designed to reduce screen use, but you must still keep full attention on the road. Stop using any feature that distracts you.

4. Emergencies

The Product is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
