Product status: Concept — no software or service is offered yet. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.
1. Age rating of ORVEXIA Stream
| Item | Age rating | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| ORVEXIA Stream (the app) | [CONFIRM: rating assigned in App Store Connect and in the Google Play content questionnaire] | Content and features of the app |
| Each in-app purchase or subscription | Same rating as the app unless shown otherwise in the store | Price and content of the purchase |
The rating is provided to the Apple App Store and Google Play, as required by the Texas App Store Accountability Act (Texas Business and Commerce Code, Chapter 121), and is shown on the store listing.
2. Age signals and parental consent
For users in Texas, the app store verifies the user's age category (under 13, 13 to 15, 16 to 17, or adult) and, for minors, obtains a parent's or guardian's consent before downloads and purchases. ORVEXIA Stream receives only the age category and consent status, uses them only to verify age and consent and to comply with the law, and does not use them for advertising or share them.
3. Significant changes
Before making a significant change to the Terms or the Privacy Policy of ORVEXIA Stream — for example a change in the type or category of personal data collected, stored or shared, a change that affects the age rating or the content behind it, new monetization features such as in-app purchases or ads, or a material change in what the app does — ORVEXIA notifies each app store so that it can inform parents who gave consent. ORVEXIA keeps a record of each notice.
