Product status: In development — not yet generally available. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.

1. Where the Product uses AI

ORVEXIA Supervisor Pro uses AI models to generate text, analysis or other outputs when you use its AI features. AI features are clearly identified in the interface, and you are told when you are interacting with an AI rather than a person.

2. Providers and your data

Model providers: AI model provider (to be named before launch). Your inputs are sent to the provider only to generate the response. We do not use your content to train models, we choose provider settings that exclude training on API data, and we disclose the provider before you share personal data with it.

3. Limits of AI

  • AI can make mistakes, invent facts ("hallucinate") or reflect bias. Verify important information.
  • AI output is not legal, medical, financial, tax or safety advice.
  • Human review is required before AI output is sent to customers or used to make decisions about people.

4. Our commitments

  • We do not use AI to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
  • We do not make performance claims about AI features that we cannot support with testing.
  • We use spending limits and safety filters, and we keep internal records of the purpose, inputs, outputs and limitations of each AI feature, following the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, which the Texas Responsible Artificial Intelligence Governance Act recognizes as a basis for an affirmative defense.
  • You can choose not to use AI features; the rest of the Product keeps working.

5. Report a problem

Report harmful, biased or incorrect AI output to support@orvexiatech.com. Acceptable-use rules for AI are in the Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines.
