Product status: In development — not yet generally available. This document describes how the product is designed to work and the commitments ORVEXIA makes for it. It will be updated before launch if the final product differs.

1. License

ORVEXIA Technologies LLC ("Licensor") licenses, not sells, ORVEXIA ZBLACK (the "App") to you for use on devices you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you obtained it from. This EULA supplements the Terms of Service; if they conflict, this EULA governs the App license.

2. Restrictions

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App; copy, decompile, reverse engineer or modify it (except where the law allows or open-source licenses permit); or remove proprietary notices.

The App may download updates. You agree that Licensor may collect technical data about your device and use of the App to provide updates, support and security, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, stop using and delete the App.

5. Warranty and liability

The disclaimers and limitation of liability in the Terms of Service apply. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty and you obtained it from the Apple App Store, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation.

6. App stores and export

  • This EULA is between you and Licensor only, not Apple, Google or Microsoft. Licensor, not the store, is responsible for the App and its content, maintenance and support.
  • Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for addressing product claims, including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection claims, and for any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property.
  • You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
