Critical documents warn you at 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 days, and again on the day. Dismissing an alert does not clear it — only renewing does.
Two-factor and audit trail
TOTP two-factor per user and an HMAC-chained log of every unlock, share and export.

Four plans, monthly or annual
Seven days to try everything, then monthly or annual — there is no permanent free plan. Paying by the year is a third cheaper on all three. And if a subscription lapses your documents are never deleted: the vault simply locks until you come back. Vault is still in development and not on sale yet.
