Delete your account

You can delete your account for any ORVEXIA app, and the personal data linked to it, from this page — without reinstalling the app.

1. Fastest way: inside the app

Open Settings › Account › Delete account and confirm. Deletion starts immediately.

2. From this page

We confirm that the request comes from the account owner by writing to the account email, then delete within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within 7 more days.

3. By email

Write to privacy@orvexiatech.com from the email of your account, with the subject “Delete my account” and the product name.

What we keep

Only what the law requires: payment and tax records, a pseudonymous record of the legal documents you accepted, and information needed for an open dispute or fraud prevention. Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled there first.
