Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of orvexiatech.com (the "Site"), operated by ORVEXIA Technologies LLC ("ORVEXIA", "we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company. By using the Site or sending us a form you accept these Terms. Each ORVEXIA product has its own terms, which apply when you use that product.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to send us a form. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Information on the Site

The Site describes ORVEXIA and its products. Some products are in development or shown as "coming soon"; descriptions, features, dates and prices are informational and may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, financial, legal, medical or professional advice. A purchase or subscription only exists when it is completed in the product itself under that product's terms.

3. Forms you send us

You agree that what you send is accurate, belongs to you or you are allowed to share it, and does not include sensitive information we did not ask for. We may decline to answer messages that are abusive, unlawful or spam. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not: attack, scan or overload the Site; bypass its security or rate limits; scrape it in bulk; send malware or spam through it; impersonate others; or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, design, logos, product names, illustrations and code belong to ORVEXIA or its licensors. ORVEXIA™ and the ORVEXIA logo are trademarks of ORVEXIA Technologies LLC. You may link to the Site and share pages for personal or informational use, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content commercially without written permission. Third-party names mentioned on the Site belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to legal@orvexiatech.com or to our address below. We remove infringing material promptly.

6. Links to other sites

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ORVEXIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site, and its total liability related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights consumers have under the laws of their country.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, write to us at legal@orvexiatech.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County or Harris County, Texas, unless the law of your country gives you the right to sue where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version number and date at the top tell you which version applies. Changes do not apply retroactively. Every acceptance you give through a form is recorded with the version you accepted.
